Jason in ActionLast weekend Jason and I went on a ski trip to Massenutten! His sister Melissa and her boyfriend Lee met up with us and we all shared a room about 20 minutes from the mountain. My college best friend Cameron met up with us on Saturday, and it was so good to spend some time with him, since all we ever do anymore is talk on the phone! We had such an awesome time but I can promise you we are all very very sore from spending eight hours on the mountain. I stuck with skiing all day but Jason has his own snowboard and he rocked it out! It was so cool to see how athletic he is, I am very proud of him and his smooth snowboard moves. We all had our tumbles but overall it was a great time! On Sunday we had big plans to spend a second day on the mountain to go tubing, but we all were too exhausted for that! Jason and I decided to make our way home early, and take a more scenic route! It was such a beautiful sunny day with clear skies so we headed through Skyline Drive in the Shenandoah Mountains and stopped at all of the scenic overlooks along the way. It was simply breath taking, and I am so glad we took advantage of our time together to take in some nature! Check out all of the pictures from the weekend above.
