Weekend in Richmond

Last weekend My mother, grandmother, sister and I all headed to Richmond for a girls weekend! Emily had a cheerleading competition downtown on Saturday, and her team placed second! Her team also received a bid to compete in Georgia this spring! Emily, did a great job! I wish I had moves like her!

After the competition we all headed to our beautiful hotel, The Jefferson, to unwind. We spent the weekend looking for wedding gowns, eating good food, and catching up. It was a great treat to spend time with my family. It is surely something I will never forget.

Tomorrow night is Christmas Eve! Jason and I are headed to his fathers house to eat Clam Chowder and drink and be merry! Everyone have a very Merry Christmas!

Happy Holidays!

Things have been so busy lately! Sorry I haven't been the best updating this blog!
Last week Jason's little sister Laura had her school choir concert, she did such a great job! They sang all sorts of Christmas songs from different religions and areas of the world. It was adorable!
Also Last weekend Jason graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University! I am so proud of him! He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Management. It was a packed house at the graduation, with over 3,000 graduates this December alone! Now begins the search for his first "big boy" job! See the pictures above from all the Graduation festivities.
Well, I will be sure to post another blog before the end of the year, my grandmother is coming in from Florida so there will be plenty to post!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Hello Everyone! I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!! I know that we did! Jason's mom, sister and Tom all came over to my parents house to celebrate! Everything was so tasty! On Saturday my family met up ( Grandpa, Cousins Paul and Melanie, my Parents, Emily and Jason) for lunch in Baltimore at the S & M Grille. It was so good to meet up with my cousins and have some quality family time! Jason and I have been keeping very busy lately with finishing the basement that we have been living in for the past year, it is no fun living in a construction site, so I am thrilled to say that we are so close to finished. We hope to put in the floor this weekend!! I will be sure to post pictures as soon as we have finished! Also, good news, Jason is graduating from VCU on December 12th! I am just so proud of him!! He will have his Bachelor's degree in Business Management, so if anyone has any leads on a good "big boy" job, please let me know!! Please enjoy the pictures above from out trip to Baltimore!!
